    Your circles

A circle is a group of neighbours who chip in every month. Each month, one member's business gets the pot, in turn, like a stokvel.

    AI Shower Coach

Tell the coach about your business and what you need. It writes your shower pitch, a 3-step plan for the money, and a thank-you for your supporters.

🤝 The coach helps you ask. It never promises funding: a circle decides together, and support is a gift, not an investment.

    The rules for real money

    🏛️
Run it as a registered stokvel. Register your circle with NASASA, the National Stokvel Association of South Africa. nasasa.co.za
    📜
Write a constitution. Agree in writing who the members are, how much and when everyone pays, the payout order, and what happens if someone misses a month or leaves.
    🏦
Open a bank account in the circle's name, with two or three signatories. Money never sits in one person's personal account.
    🤝
Agree on the rules together, keep minutes and records, and share a statement with every member each month.
    🎟️
Skip paid raffles. Selling raffle tickets for prizes can count as a lottery and may need a permit under the Lotteries Act. Run a free lucky draw instead (for example, everyone who left a review this month goes into the hat).
    🚫
No promised returns. A shower is support, not an investment. Anyone promising members big returns is a red flag.

This is general information to help you ask the right questions. It is not financial or legal advice. Check with NASASA or a professional before you pool money.
